Yes. Venice Family Getaway has a private, screened saltwater pool with solar heating, exclusively for guests staying at the property. A poolside mini fridge and weekly professional pool service are included, and the pool area is fully fenced for safety.

Yes. All guests, including children, must be disclosed at time of booking, and undisclosed guests may result in stay termination without refund. No parties are permitted, the pool has no lifeguard on duty and requires adult supervision at all times, and all screened lanai doors and pool safety gates must remain closed and latched.

Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in. Reservations canceled within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
